Our track record in transitioning clients and providing the benefits of the cloud is well proven. iCognition successfully transitioned 2100 TRIM users at the University of NSW to EDRMSaaS, where we consistently meet all Service Level Agreements, including the availability SLA. Other EDRMSaaS clients include Tasmanian Department of Primary Industry, Parks, Water and the Environment (1400 users), where the partnership was secured through an exhaustive open tender process, and Perpetual Limited, which was achieved after iCognition consultants undertook an Information Management & Governance strategic review.
